MISKILLZ℠ SERVICE OWNERSHIP
MISKILLZ℠ is a privately controlled, independently operated combat-records service published under the name Nive Tsero and operated in-universe by Misriah Industry Materials Group [MIMGC]. M-CON membership, public access, integrations, data contributions, or use of the service do not transfer ownership or control.
© 2026 Nive Tsero. All rights are reserved as to original MISKILLZ software, interface design, documentation, and service branding. No ownership is claimed over EVE Online, EVE game data, Fenris/CCP marks, or third-party source material.
Service-mark notice: MISKILLZ℠ identifies the combat-records, killboard, war-intelligence, and related online service. The ℠ symbol gives notice of a claimed service mark; it does not represent federal registration.
ATTRIBUTION & NON-AFFILIATION
EVE Online® and Fenris Creations™ and their related logos and elements are trademarks of Fenris Creations. EVE artwork, names, characters, ships, universe facts, images, and game data remain the property of their respective owners.
© 2014 CCP hf. All rights reserved. “EVE”, “EVE Online”, “CCP”, and all related logos and images are trademarks or registered trademarks of CCP hf.
MISKILLZ is an independent, non-commercial third-party application created and operated under the currently published EVE Developer License Agreement. Fenris Creations and CCP hf. do not operate MISKILLZ, are not responsible for its content or availability, and do not sponsor or endorse it.
OFFICIAL & COMMUNITY DATA SOURCES
MISKILLZ uses public and authorized EVE Swagger Interface (ESI) responses, EVE static universe data, the official EVE image service, and documented zKillboard/R2Z2 public feeds and history resources. Source access is bounded, cached, deduplicated, and designed to respect published rate limits and service rules. MISKILLZ does not scrape zKillboard web pages.
Source attribution does not imply partnership. MISKILLZ may normalize, index, cross-reference, and display licensed or authorized data for its stated non-commercial purpose, but it does not claim ownership of the underlying EVE or zKillboard-provided records.
PERMANENT PUBLIC ARCHIVE
A signed-in capsuleer can privately review recent character killmail references and, when separately authorized, eligible corporation killmail references. Nothing selected in that workspace is published until the user chooses specific records and confirms the permanent-public archive notice.
Once contributed, the selected killmail, its EVE entities, source attribution, and contribution provenance become part of the public MISKILLZ archive. Disconnecting EVE SSO ends future authorized access but does not remove previously contributed killmails. This protects the consistency and historical accuracy of the public combat record.
“Permanent” in this contributor notice means that disconnecting an account does not trigger deletion. It is not a guarantee that the service or its storage will continue indefinitely.
MISKILLZ may correct, suppress, or remove material when required by law, governing platform or data-source terms, a valid security concern, or an authoritative upstream correction. Account disconnection by itself is not a request to erase an otherwise valid public killmail.
WHAT CONTRIBUTOR ACCESS USES
- MISKILLZ never receives or stores an EVE Online account password.
- Character review requests only
esi-killmails.read_killmails.v1. Corporation review additionally requestsesi-killmails.read_corporation_killmails.v1and is limited by EVE to eligible corporation roles. - MISKILLZ stores the connected character ID and name, granted scopes, connection timestamps, encrypted EVE access/refresh tokens, a hashed session identifier, and contribution audit records.
- Tokens remain server-side. Disconnecting clears active MISKILLZ sessions, removes stored usable token material, and marks the connection revoked.
- Public killmails and the minimum provenance needed to maintain the archive remain after disconnect. Users may also revoke the application through EVE Online's official authorized-applications controls.
- Saved intelligence search filters, tracker cursors, and in-site notifications are stored under the authenticated character ID. They are not public, are not email or push alerts, and can be removed by deleting the saved search. The newest 200 tracker notifications are retained per character.
- Disconnecting EVE SSO ends access to account-synced intelligence until that character authenticates again; it does not automatically delete its saved searches or tracker notifications.
MISKILLZ does not sell private contributor data, use it for targeted advertising, or request unrelated ESI scopes.

RESPONSIBLE ACCESS
By using MISKILLZ, you agree not to:
- disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass service or authentication controls;
- misuse EVE SSO, impersonate another capsuleer, or submit records without authorization;
- use MISKILLZ to facilitate conduct prohibited by applicable law or EVE rules;
- misrepresent MISKILLZ data, branding, or output as official Fenris/CCP material; or
- automate access in a manner that ignores published limits or materially harms availability.
MISKILLZ is provided on a best-effort, “as available” basis. Killmail values, entity resolution, classifications, war context, and source coverage may be delayed, incomplete, or corrected later. The EVE client and authoritative EVE services control in-game facts. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MISKILLZ disclaims implied warranties and liability for decisions made from incomplete, delayed, or unavailable data.
CORRECTIONS, PRIVACY & SECURITY
Send MISKILLZ-specific legal, privacy, correction, or responsible-security reports by EVE Mail to Nive Tsero. A request may require verification of the affected EVE character or record. Requests concerning an EVE account, password, or Fenris-held data must be directed to official EVE Online support or Fenris Creations.
These notices may be updated when service behavior, governing terms, or law changes. A material change to contributor authorization or archive handling will be reflected in the contributor flow as well as on this page.
